The Tommy Bahama retail and restaurant project on Oahu, at the 298 Beach Walk building on the corner of Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki, is slated to open in June of 2015, according to Dan Jordan owner of Honolulu Builders the general contractor for the project.
The $13 million project will be the third retail and restaurant location in Hawaii for the renowned retailer of casual men's and women's sportswear based out of Seattle, WA and the first restaurant location for O’ahu.

The project will be four stories tall with a rooftop restaurant and bar and will be Tommy Bahama’s premier location in Waikiki. Tommy Bahama has seven other locations in Hawaii, including two restaurants; one on the Big Island at the Shops at Mauna Lani and one on Maui at The Shops at Wailea.
Formerly occupied by HIC Surf and Burberry, The 298 Beach Walk building, is a free-standing, three-story retail/office building with over 6,000-square-feet on first floor retail and nearly the same square footage on the second. The building fronts Kalakaua Avenue and is next to the Hard Rock Cafe.
