We have learned what part DESIRE and DETERMINATION play in becoming the success we want to be. We have worked on discovering what our DESIRE is and how to pursue it with DETERMINATION. The question now is, do we stop there or is there more to achieving the true level of success we dream of? We know at any level we can stop pursuing what may seem like an elusive dream, but have we achieved the true level of our potential? If you are satisfied with whatever level you have achieved then you can coast, but if coasting isn't your style then we have a few more steps that must be taken.
DEDICATION to your DESIRE is the next step. There are those individuals that believe that DETERMINATION is the same as DEDICATION, but that is far from the truth. The dictionary gives us a definition of the word but I believe the Thesaurus gives us a better insight to what DEDICATION really means. I will list a few of the words found in the Thesaurus. Just the words in and of themselves tell us much about what DEDICATION will mean to those on the pursuit of success. Devotion, commitment, enthusiasm, keenness, perseverance, allegiance, ardor, loyalty. Each of those words in and of themselves write the story. But lets just take a look at them as they apply to our success in the housing business.
DEDICATION is the slippery slope of the process. We can delude ourselves about our DESIRE, man has done it for eons of time. We can apply DETERMINATION to all the wrong things in life, most of us have at one time or another. But, when it comes to DEDICATION that is another story. DEDICATION requires of us a strong finely hewn steel.

DEDICATION requires the devotion and commitment with perseverance to your goal, and to knowing yourself; which we must have if we are to achieve that burning DESIRE. It will call on your enthusiasm and ardor. It will tell you that you must use keenness and allegiance to weed out the dishonest, and fraudulent in your chosen profession. It will tell you that loyalty is necessary when you find those in that chosen profession that champion the truth.
If you choose to use that type of DEDICATION to your DESIRE you are one step closer to being that dreamed of success.
