16 Comments on Birch Bark accent finish Modern Adirondack style homes
AWESOME! I love the birch bark accents, really warm and inviting. Nice photos too!

I just love this look, we do a lot of mixed wood finishes, and use specially treated bark and saplings as accents through out our homes, this provides a country living feel but at a large ski resort only two hours from Boston Mass. Thanks for talking a look..Steve
What a beautiful home!! Wow, awesome wood work!
Great place Steve.
You will never believe this but I actually have the same rug in my place.
Good luck Steve are selling these homes?
Aloha Steve,
Great birch bark wall paper I'm assuming. Is it real birch bark or a laminate? I love the updated rustic look, it's a little brighter than the traditional.
Peace,
Jason & Deanna

We would never use a fake product, this is real birch bark treated flattened and applied as a finished covering, great texture and look, thanks for the question..Steve
Wow...what a great house and I agree with Jason & Deanna that is such a great rug too! Can I ask where I can get one? :)
This is a custom designed home my parent company built at Loon mt, in Lincoln NH. The rug was mail order from a Adirondack home specialist.
