Pianist Leslie Spotz is the featured musician at a Free concert, sponsored by Mu Phi Epsilon, Sunday, January 25, 2015. This concert, the first of the 2015 series, will be held at the J. Erik Jonsson Central Library in downtown Dallas. Concerts are held in the Central Library Auditorium.
Mu Phi Epsilon, a professional music fraternity, has been committed to advancing music in communities around the world since 1903. The Dallas Alumni Chapter of Phi Mu Epsilon has sponsored concerts since 1937! Artists donate their time and extraordinary talent to share their love of classical music with the public.
Spotz is an Associate Professor at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. She has performed around the world at London's South Bank Center, Moscow's Tchaikovsky Conservatory, Lorenzo de' Medici Institute in Italy, and the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. Solo performances include the Mozart Society of Philadelphia and the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra.
