The Butterfly Pavilion - Denver, CO
The Butterfly Pavilion has long since been a popular destination for kids and adults alike! There is more than butterflies on exhibit here! There are animals and plants as well! There are several exhibits on display currently that you may need to experience!
Current Exhibits:
Wings of the Tropics - Featuring 1,200 butterflies from rain forests across the world, and watch the staff release them into the rain forests!
Crawl-A-See-Em - Bugs and more bugs - tarantulas, leaf insects, scorpions, beetles and giant millipedes! There is a special treat - Rosie - the friendly Chilean Rose Hair tarantula.
Water's Edge - Sea stars, sea creatures & horseshoe crabs that you would see in the Atlantic or Pacific Oceans
Outdoor Gardens - this is a nice hike outside to investigate the native habitats surrounding the Pavilion for a bug hunt.
Tropical Odyssey - This interactive exhibit offers educational games, active play elements, imaginative play opportunities and interactive learning.

The Butterfly Pavilion is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., year round.
They are open seven days a week.
They are closed only on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
