The end of 2014 saw a rise in closed condo sales at the Halstead at the Metro condos in Fairfax.  I was happy to see many of the condos that were active in the Fall finally sold in November and December.  Interestingly, the number of home sales in November and December (4 and 5 respectively) was the same as in April 2014, indicating a renewed interest in the condos similar to a spring market!  I think buyers were out trying to buy something before the end of the year, combined with sellers having units that were on the market for awhile, led to many of the sales closing before the end of the year.  This is good news, as I anticipate more units coming on the market in 2015 and the demand for these condos grows as the
