Stunning Luxury Townhome in Sought After Governors Grove: 5747 Governors Pond Circle
I stopped by our listing in Governor's Grove, in Alexandria (22310), last week to drop off some more brochures, as they were running low after several showings throughout the week. I pull up to the brick town home with a 2 car garage and think how spacious the driveway is. As I walk in I notice how clean and well maintained everything is. While I already knew it was a beautiful home and that it was well cared for, I just took a mental note of how pristine the house really is. The hardwood floors were gleaming, the carpet in the basement was newly vacuumed, all counters and tables were clean and shiny...there were even fresh flowers in vases throughout the house. I looked out the huge windows in the living room as it began to snow, so I figured I better get on the road. As I was leaving, I snapped a quick picture of the exterior before I drove away...it really is as stunning as we have been advertising!
