New changes in the relocation allowance for sellers doing a HAFA short sale in 2015! Now get $10,000.00 at the close!!

Also, past HAFA guidelines stated first lien holders were to provide $8500 from sale proceeds to junior lien. This has now been changed to $12,000.00
