Client Marketing - Monthly Mailing to Clients/SOI

We are concerned by the number of clients who are not doing a monthly mailing to their Clients/SOI. This is a core part of Client Marketing. Does this sound like you? 

We recommend a monthly email, monthly mailing and monthly/quarterly calling of all of your Clients/SOI. Overall, we recommend a budget of about $20/year for all Clients/SOI and an additional $50-100 for your Client/SOI as who sends you all your referrals. We are great at making this happen consistently, if you just delegate and let us get it done. If you’re not a client but want us to get it done, call me, email me, or reply to this blog. The actual content is not as important as making sure it happens.   

Weekly Lead Reports - You Do Not Need More Leads

Here at Best Agent Business, each client is assigned a Key Assistant. Your Key Assistant will be making a bigger and bigger focus on properly using your Weekly Lead Reports and having you and your agents send it back to us every week by Fri 12pm ET deadline. 

Here is reality: Most all of our clients have plenty of leads and they do not need more leads. They just need to properly work the leads they have. Marketing is easy. Sales is hard. Being organized is very hard for many top real estate agents. If you can't call your leads, hire us to call the Buyer/Seller BC leads and you work the A leads.

Open House Marketing

We have some new ideas about Open House Marketing. If you currently do at least one open house per month or you want to do at least one open house per month, ask me for our new ideas and systems to maximize the number of buyer leads and SOI leads generated for the amount of money and labor time you spend on one open house. Even if you’re not a client, call me anyway. I promise I’ll share.

Steve's Musings

I like to use January as a time for New Year cleaning of my business files and ideas. I take a few hours and work through various idea files to clean and toss stuff out or decide what I am going to focus on for next systems to develop and implement in coming months.

 I toss the realtor cards that come in the mail, but you kmow it does get the name out there and it is name recognition your after. I do notice most of the successful realtors in the area have some kind of mailings.
