During 2014 there were 5 sales recorded.  A closer look at what sold revealed 3  one bedrooms ranging in size from 562 - 762 sf., two of which were end units.  There were two 2 bedroom condos and both were 1075 square feet.

The sale price ranged from $ 50,000 - $124,000.
