“Long Distance Mortgage Applications”
I am fortunate that I get clients from most states and even out of the country. Many ask how difficult it is to do mortgages without being face to face, the bottom line, there is almost no difference.
My preference is always to be face to face, but between email, faxing, scanning or overnight mail, it all goes just as quickly, especially within the 50 US states. It becomes a little more challenging when I’m working with clients from foreign countries. Language and documents that need to be translated will slow up the process, but all still doable.
Since I am licensed in 8 states, CT, MA, RI, VT, NH, ME, NY and FL, no matter if someone is sitting across from me or is a 1000 miles away, getting a mortgage done is pretty simple these days.
