Meadow Glen Estates, in Baugo Township, is located in the northwest part of Elkhart County near the Elkhart - St. Joseph County Line on the north side of Old US-33 (Lincolnway) about 1/2 mile east of West County Line Road (Ash Road).  Turn North on Meadow Glen Drive.  The Street takes you straight into the subdivision.

In 2013 , the average List Price was $104,599.

In 2013, the average Sold Price was $104,600.

Even though the the Listing prices fluctuated greatly from $75,000 to $126,000, the average virtually stayed the same.

In 2014,  the average List Price was $116,250.

In 2014, the average Sold Price was $113,500.

The 2014 figures were more consistent with less that a $3,000. difference.

Days on Market for 2013 was 60

Days on Market for 2014 was 81

(Ranged from 22 days to 141 days)

The Number of Homes Sold in 2013 was 6

The Number of Homes Sold in 2014 was 2

(A drop in sales by 4 homes or 66%)

The overall sales for 2014, reflects an increase of home prices, but with the drop in inventory shows it is definitely a Sellers Market. The Days on Market increased, possibly due to the Buyers still looking for that "Big Deal" that is no longer the normal.
