This is a tough business. It can be very good to you, or you can feel like you've been run over by a bus-load of seniors heading to the casino! Having good, solid friends can make the difference between a bad day, and a day from hell. I have been very lucky in life with friends. I have friends that I see everyday. I have friends that I see very rarely. But in each case, I love them like family. My mom is my best friend.
This little blue eyed woman is the reason I am who I am today. We look nothing alike, but we are of the same mold. My mom always told me she bought me from the gypsies because I am so dark and she is so fair! She also always told me to stand up for myself and that I can be whatever I want to be.
Liz Facenda, Leann Murphy and Jackie DiAntonio... three of my favorite people in the entire world. These ladies know as much about me and I do! They have my back and I hope they know I have theirs!
The Drews live next door to us. How lucky can one person get? The darker skinned people on the left are us! My son Mike, 18 and my son Max, 11. My husband is in the middle. Eric Drew is my son Max's best friend and is on his right. We eat holiday dinners with this family. They are there for us when we need them and vice versa. It's nice to know that you can pick extra family members!
This is the sister that God gave me with my younger son. I don't see her as much as I'd like, but I love knowing she's there.
Yep. I am including the cat. This is Scat. She's a gender conflicted, perpetually disgruntled member of our household and I just love her. Even when she is hissing at me.
As I started to say in the beginning of this, Real Estate is a tough business. You have to have friends and a good support system, as with anything in life. I thank God for all of my friends, a gazillion of whom are not pictured here. I am blessed and I wanted to share it. I hope this made you think of your friends.
