I started a new training program today through Keller Williams Realty and it's called 36-12-3. It's broken down to mean: 36 closed transactions in 12 months with 3 hours of lead generating a day. I only have one day of the 3 week program done but its' going to be a great asset I can tell! I am part of a team and we have been at Keller Williams for a little over a year now and in my opinion, it's the best move we could have made. Keller Williams has some great training and incredible models in place! Why re-invent the wheel when there is a proven wheel working! I am looking forward to this training and am curious if anyone else out there has completed the 36-12-3 program!
