We have one of two choices when the going gets tough!

   1. We can sit and complain about it all. Tell our friends and anyone willing to listen what the problem is.

        or,

   2. We can suck it up and deal with it. Really, just get it done!

Option (1) takes us no where! Ok, sure, someone might find our update on Twitter and send a resolution our way but the world isn't that perfect. Chances are your complaint is falling on deaf ears and at the end of the day it still needs to get done.

Option (2) on the other hand forces you to find a solution. And it's these moments of genius that resonate with those watching. We had a problem, we delegated our way through it, and we're a hero! You're the guy/gal that knows how to get things done!

So you might quote the lowest rates or having reduced listing fees, but if you can't get it done, who cares?

Staying positive no matter what the negative is the difference between a truly long and happy life and a miserable one.  Look for the positive.  It keeps your mind healthy.

I like to keep it positive at all times.  It is truly a waste of time murmuring and complaining.  Whose listening to it anyway?

Jo Soss: you reminded me of this clip from "A League of Their Own." Replace 'baseball' with 'Real Estate'.

Ricardo, I turn off my television when the news headlines are all about the negative - which seems to keep it totally off.  I can't tell you how much better I feel and busy as all get out.  We cant let the negative run our lives!!  When you get things done, dont you just feel better?!!

Ricardo - yep that is where I got it from - but it is suppose to be "crying"  I have seen more whining than crying so I thought I would use that - love that quote :)

Audrey: I'd like to turn off the tv but, "I am American business......I am, CNBC." Lol. I keep up with what's going on by listening to it in the background.

All in all, things just feel right when things get done!

Jo Soss: that scene/quote is classic!
