The Palm Beach Gardens country club community of PGA National has more than 100 homes on the market in late January, 2015. With 62 single family homes, 31 condos and 23 townhomes, it is almost certain one of these will fit the needs of many buyers.
Small one bedroom condos can be purchased for less than $100,000 and a three bedroom condo is on the market for under $200,000.
Single family homes at PGA National range in price today from $269,000 for a three bedroom, two bath unit with granite counters in the kitchen and updated bathrooms up to $1.5 million for a six bedroom, four bath estate home with marble floors, granite counters in the kitchen, custom cabinets, large screened in pool backing to the preserve.
PGA National is a very large community with smaller subdivisions or neighborhoods within its borders. It is the home of the Professional Golfers Association of America and boasts five wonderful golf courses, tennis courts, a world class spa, full resort and a professional croquet field.
In 2014 there were 161 single family homes sold at PGA National with the median price of $400,000, meaning half of the homes sold at a higher price and half sold at a lower price. In 2013 the median price of the 168 homes sold in PGA National was $349,000.
