I was asked today to be part of a panel at an upcoming Re/Max Associates Plus Marketing Mastermind meeting. Apparently I was recommend for a few reasons.
1) Production- it seems I am doing more transactions then most agents.
2) Blogging- my office manager mentioned I am really into blogging and most agents are curious about it but don't really know where to begin.
3) The cleaning person noticed my goal board in my office. Most agents don't have one and since I am reaching my goals that drew some attention.
I have been rising in production at a time when most people are struggling. I do things differently (slightly) then most agents. I am smart enough to do a lot of the things the same too. Why re-invent the wheel. I simply add my own personal flavor.
I do want to emphasize that the blogging was the main draw to having me on the panel. I would not consider myself a marketing expert, however I know a few things I do well that most agents really struggle with. Its exciting to be on the panel. Hopefully I can encourage and inspire someone to move toward excellence in this market!
