Pet over population.

Every year we hear of somebody that has 100 cats or house full of dogs.

They are usually malnorished.

Many are sick and need to be put down.

Then we also see other pets that are just abused because they can be abused.

The local humane societies get all kinds of animals every year.  Unwated puppies and kittens top the list.

WE cold solve a lot of this by fixing our pets so that we don't have those unwanted litters.

I believe that we also wold have a lot less abuse of our pets.

Vern...as a former pet shop owner I understand this so very well.  WE used to get puppies and kittens dropped off at our back door way to often.

Vern, I totally agree and especially agree with the sentiment of the last line of that bill board!

I have enjoyed the pleasure of a dozen or so rescue cats and stray cats over the years.  Today, we have Henry (he's been with me for 17 years), and Happy Cat (a dumpster cat who has been with us for 14 years).   Both of these gentlemen were neutered early on; all of my previous cats were spayed or neutered.  Please, please, please... get your animals "fixed"!
