Housing communities in Las Vegas are popping up all over the valley. High end properties, affordable housing, and high rise condos offer residents great options for purchase and investment.

Most traditional homes in the Las Vegas valley are built by large home builders. They are professionally constructed and known for their quality. Most houses are framed, stucco covered, with ceramic tile roofs.

Land is expensive so parks are established in many communities because yard spaces are small. Residents can find many ways to recreate and exercise. Las Vegas homes historically have been a great investment.
