We're 3 separate people...  looking for 2.5 acres in Fuquay Varina, NC.  We want to build pre-fab

homes on our lots.    Will split acreage 3 ways.     We don't have a lot of $$$$.  Can you help or refer!!!!!

Sharon - Give me a call at 919-278-8070, or email me at PennyH@StantonHomes.com.  I'll put you in touch with a great agent who can help you find what you're looking for.

With three homes, one thing you'll want to consider is the ability of the land to support septic systems.  Most lots within a neighborhood are rated for one home, with a maximum of 3 or 4 bedrooms.  Within a subdivision, it is doubtful that you will get approval for more than one home on a single lot.  If you're considering a larger piece of land that is not in a subdivision, you'll want to be sure to have the land perk tested before you sign a contract, to ensure that it will support three homes with the number of bedrooms that you need.

A quick look at the MLS for Fuquay-Varina shows a 4.6 acre piece of land for $155,000.  Not sure whether perk tests have been completed.  Everything at a lower asking price than that is less than 2 acres, or within a subdivision.
