Sales of single family homes were down for both single family homes and condos. The median price was up in both categories but not as much as it rose in 2013.

There remains a severe shortage of inventory in both categories which makes Culver City an strong sellers’ market.

I really like Culver City and it's been fun to see how much it has changed in the 10 years I have been in SoCal. I watch this market with interest given my daughter and son-in -law bought back in mid 2012. Things have really changed for the better since then!

Great job on this report - sellers and buyers need to know what's going on in the local community if they are interested in buying or selling, and you are the one to help them accomplish this!
