WOW is all I can say.  I have been so busy; between the transition process of changing signs, presentations, training classes, organizing my new office, working on closings and lead generation.  I have all this bottled energy and drive that I had lost over the last few years.  I started Camp 4-4-3 yesterday and I am so excited about my homework (I never thought I would say that).  I am so pleased with my decision to join KW and hope to have some of my old colleagues join me soon.

Mike, I am not a KW agent.  What is Camp 4-4-3?  Congratulations on your new move.

Mike, I don't know why anyone would be anywhere else but KW.  It's a wonderful culture and we are truly a family.  Glad to have you, hope you succeed beyond your dreams!

Camp 4-4-3 is a back to basics 90 days programs designed for new agents but many agnets that have already been in the business have found renewed motivation and dicipline to go out and get the business.  It means 4 listings, 4 sales in 3 months.

Congratualtions on your move.  It is always difficult the first week or wo.  There is a KW team leader in Quakertown that I really like.  I would join her team if I did not absolutely love it where I am.

Mike- KW is a great company. They are a company that really 'gets it'. I am happy for you! :)

Mike

Welcome to KW.  Jump in hard to the 4-4-3 and then just follow the models, time block, lead generate, give great service and utilize all the great training.  And remember you can call any of us if you have a question or need help.

Mike, Welcome to the Family!  I joined Keller Williams North Seattle two years ago this month.  In that time, I have tripled my income, become an instructor, am serving my second year on the ALC, formed a new commercial team, and hired my first assistant!   Follow the model, don't loose sight of your goals, and you will have the life you dreamed of!!!

Congratulations on your move!!

Mike ~ Congrats on your move to Keller Williams. I switched to KW a year ago, and it was one of the best decisions I've made in my real estate career.

I work for Prudential and we have a great training program. I have never lost motivation and I can't seem to get enough fodder to fuel my real estate passion. Tomorrow is a one hour seminar on marketing hosted by our top broker. Even this raging snow storm outside today won't keep me away. How well you like your brokerage can make you or break you.
