I love, love, love real estate! I found my niche after years of education, certifications, licenses, and careers that did not suit my creative needs.... I will tell anyone that I cannot draw a straight line with a ruler, I'm not an artist, but I do consider remodling "my art."
There are many ways to make a great living in real estate. Buying, selling, remodeling, property management, BPOs, appraising, insurance... the list goes on. Now more than ever, we as real estate agents and brokers have to create multiple streams of income.
