Currently there are 184 Novi homes for sale in February 2015.  I am including Novi condominiums in this number.  There are 54 condos for sale ranging from $57,250 all the way up to $575,000 for a condo on Island Lake subdivision in Novi.

There are only a couple of lakes in Novi.  Most of Novi is well defined subdivisions.  You are not going to find many homes that sit on acreage if you are relocating to Novi.  It is more of a urban area.
