About Willow Creek Ranch
Willow Creek Ranch is a unique area in Northern Arizona. The community was a large working cattle ranch for many years until the 24,000 acre ranch was split up into about 320 parcels. It was zoned AR 36 (Agricultural/Ranch/minimum 36 acre parcels) ensuring privacy for the property owners.
