Lifestyle Videos: Showcase Your Community & Your Expertise

Video, video, video. Are you tired of hearing about the importance of video in your real estate marketing plan? Are you using video to market yourself? I am not just talking about videos of property listings, I'm talking about neighborhood videos, lifestyle videos, educational videos, etc.

Today, video is key.

Buyers want to see a video of listings. But they also want to know what the home feels like. Buyers also want to know the vibe of a neighborhood. Buyers want to know what the community is like - what are the fun things to do and where are the best places to go.

In my latest Steamboat lifestyle video I divulge secrets, spill the beans, share privileged information with viewers about our special mountain town. Top 10 secrets Steamboat locals know about Ski Town USA in the winter. I guess this is more of a "live like a local" video.

In previous videos I've shared the top 3 reasons to live in Steamboat Springs not only from my perspective but from a newer resident's perspective, reasons to love mud season in Steamboat, I've also shared highlights of areas and neighborhoods in Steamboat, not to mention countless Steamboat Springs properties for sale videos.
