The number of ACTIVE single family homes for sale in Aurora Colorado is at an all time low of only 259 homes. These homes range in price from $130,000 up to $1,250,000. These numbers do not reflect condos or townhomes in Aurora CO.
As you can see from this historical chart, listings are way, way down.
Interest rates are still incredibly low with government loans in the 3’s and conventional loans in the 4’s. FHA has reduced the monthly mortgage insurance making their loan more affordable.
