Heritage Hills is a townhome neighborhood remniscent of Society Hill, built between 1987 and 1997 in Washington Crossing, and has 54 acres of permanent open space. The neighborhood is located off of Taylorsville Rd.1 mile from the Washington Crossing State Park. The neighborhood was started in 1987 by Patrick T . Frawley and Associates and included the following models:Ashburton, Brighton, Gladstone, Hamilton, Manchester models many of which have detached garages. For a while, the neighborhood was left incomplete until the 1990's when K. Hovnanian Companies took over and completed the neighborhood building the following models: Canterbury, Concord, Greenbriar, Hawthorne, Lexington, Rosewood, Williamsburg. The neighborhood is ideally located near I95.
