New Port Richey, FL Bank-Owned Properties For Sale

Bank-owned properties in the New Port Richey area are much scarcer now than tNew Port Richey FL Bank-Oened Properties For Salewo years ago. New Port Richey had a large number of foreclosures in the single family market.  Villas and condos seem to fare better throughout the lean years (2007-2012).

The Single Family home market currently has 106 Active bank-owned properties available for purchase.

They range from $24,800 in Aiken Acres. A 1.5 bath home in 928 sf. Current taxes are $530 annually.

The highest priced foreclosure is $455,000 in Gulf Harbors Sea Forest. A 4 bedroom/3 bath two-story  in 4,134 sf. Taxes now are $5,803.

The Condo, Villa and Townhouse market has homes ranging from $24,500 in Harbor Villas. This is a 708 sf unit with 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Current taxes are $433/year.

Highest priced is a 4 bedroom/3 bath unit in Egrets Place. Listed for $377,700 with 2,584 sf; the current taxes are $4,039. Built in 2007.

You can still get a good buy in a foreclosure but the pickings are getting slimmer all the time.

Hi Toni, it's good to see the decline in bank owned homes in New Port Richey FL. I'm seeing most REO properties selling at fair market value in my area.

I echo the other members by saying yes the decline in foreclosures is good news but it still seems there are plenty foreclosure properties to pick from.
