Stucco repair in Merritt Island

We first pressure washed this Merritt island stucco home,  Then we applied a sealer to all surfaces (due to chalkiness and also to assure good adhesion of the finish coats) of the home to be painted.  Next, we repaired all of the buckled stucco areas, matched the stucco knockdown spray texture, repaired stucco cracks and spot prime all of the stucco repair areas with a alkali resistant acrylic masonry primer.  Lastly I applied two coats of top grade satin exterior house paint.

Hey Paul Peck I'm curious about that sprayed stucco. Is it sprayed with a hopper? or do you have a special gun for that?

So true Joan Whitebook . That's who I usually work for too, The people that care are the customers that understand that not only does painting protect the exterior of thier home. It also in turn protects the interior too. Thanks for commenting.

Yes Tom Arstingstall, General Contractor, Dry Rot, Water Damage Sacramento, El Dorado County - (916) 765-5366 that stucco repair I did just use a hopper on. Only because it was just those two buckled areas that I needed to match the knockdown texture on. If I was going to do a whole house, I would use my Graco RTX 1500 texture rig.

I really only do a couple stucco spray texture jobs a year. It's mostly a skip trowel hand texture that's on most of the homes here in Brevard County.
