Free Wrestling Clinic in Hood River
Did you know Hood River has the largest local wrestling club in the nation in terms of female membership? As a result, Hood River was selected for a free women's wrestling clinic, hosted by two US National Women's Wresting Team members.
The clinic is being taught by Kelsy Campbell and Whitney Conder, both Pacific Northwest natives. Kelsey, from Milwaukie, Oregon, is a 2012 Olympian and twice a US World Team member. Also hosting the clinic is Whitney Conder, from Puyallup, Washington. Whitney is also twice a US World Team member as well as winning the US Open twice. Both are experienced international wrestlers who will share some of their experience with youth from throughout Oregon and Washington.
The clinic is being held at Hood River Valley High School in the Wrestling Dojo at 6:15pm on February 4, 2015. Please attend and bring a wrestlter, male or female.
