Granada Hills January 2015 Home Sales Statistics

The number of homes on the market for the month were 78, from those 11 remained active while 17 went pending, 9 back up offers, 5 expired, 6 canceled, 3 on hold and 3 were withdrawn from the market.

There were only 24 sales.

On the Active side the average listing price was $615,881 with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1998 sq ft home and 9245 sq ft lot size. One of the listins was on probate and the rest were standard sales,

On the Sold side, the Minimum sales price was: $385,000 with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1089 sq ft home and 5377 sq ft lot size.

Maximum sales price was $899,000 with 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, 4095 sq st home and 21,193 sq ft lot.

Average sales price was: $549,074 with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1965 sq ft home and 10217 lot size

 From all those sales one was bank owned home aka reo and the rest were standard sales. Three listings were on pre-foreclosure process with a notice of default,  two were on short sale, one on probate and one bank repossessed.
