No more a bad rap than shysters who misappropriate client funds, or quacks who commit Medicare fraud Troy Erickson
So right Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz The casino cams in Las Vegas tell that tale with alacrity.
Annual drug testing perhaps, Gabe Sanders ? How that a woman as beautiful as she was could do this is heartbreaking.

No particular reason for the contest page Anna Hatridge other than to alert the community at-large to this tragedy.
The number 1 priority Pamela Seley, REALTOR® before the open house should be:
Empty the Medicine Cabinet !
instead of pick up the toys...
I wonder if a homeowner could be held liable if a visiting teenager, with a potential buyer or client, was killed because of a drug overdose from the drugs he or she had stolen from an open house ?

David Saks that is a very good question! Could open a home seller to potential lawsuit. It's definitely a discussion to have with home sellers that they should lock up, or remove, prescription drugs. Former clients who have licensed firearms let me know that they would keep them locked away during showings; I didn't have to say anything.

It would be a tragedy if a young person died from drugs they stole from an open house or home showing.

I dont think Sunday School is what she needs... but she needs to find a better path than she is on....too many people fall into this drug induced lifestyle... easy to get into it ...hard to get out of it... maybe being arrested will be the best thing that happens to her....
you do have a point about home owners leaving drugs available.... realtors arent the only ones who might open that medicene cabinet....or closet...like leaving keys in the car.... invitation for trouble.

Lessons in moral turpitude instead of a jail cell are what I'm suggesting Debra Leisek

In time, Bob Ratliff, Broker Associate - REALTOR® 512-587-5689 I subscribe to the opinion that she'll be held accountable for her own transgressions.
It's no more fair to punish the Realtor nation for the actions of a single member than it would be to carry out a plan to target an entire religious denomination because someone of a particular faith had stolen a bible or hymnal from the church during services at their place of worship.
Thanks, Bob.
Obviously she has a serious problem. The video makes it seem like this is a wide spread problem but I don't think it is, or at least I hope it isn't.
I always tell homeowners to remove everything before allowing people into their home. That said, I feel if someone commits theft and hurts themself, it should be on them.

You'd be seriously surprised to discover how common it really is Jill Moog
I agree with you. An agent, or anyone visiting the home, should leave the premises with whatever they came with. Thanks.
I encourage people to hide valuables if they are listing their homes. No reason for thiefs to be able to scan listing pics for their next target.
