The first time I sit down with a future client, I tell them that I am a very blunt and honest person. I then tell them that if they want me to work for them, then they need to reciprocate the same back. If they are not honest with me, they will no longer be my client. Honesty goes both ways.

Great presentation of conveying a principle, introducing yourself as an authority, Great use of, The time out, black and white, being the Zebra ( branding ) and of course the truth/honesty - Mom & Dad. It all blended very well. Simple message yet powerful.
