Foreclosure Homes Require Inspections Too

Usually when a home owner is unable to make their mortgage payments, the home goes into foreclosure.  Consequently, maintenance and repairs have also been neglected.  It is vital buyers be made aware of the condition of the house and all of its major components.

When the home is foreclosed, it then belongs to the bank.  The bank has not necessarily been in the home and will not usually have updated disclosure information.  This is why it is very important buyers take necessary steps to acquire a current home inspection.

The information the buyer receives from a thorough home inspection is crucial.  Pride Property Inspections provide buyers with the knowledge to make an educated and informed investment decision.  A thorough home inspection will make the buyers aware of the current condition of the house and its major components.  It will inform them and avoid surprises later.

Pride Property Inspections provides professional home inspections throughout southern Arizona.  We are very flexible and will work around our clients' schedules.  We work with realtors to better assist them so their clients are well informed and educated about the houses they are purchasing.

6 Comments on Foreclosure Homes Need Inspections Too

All homes need inspections!!! Some folks hear the word foreclosure and lose their brains in the feeding frenzy

Foreclosed homes definitely need a home inspection.  Besides the obvious things (taking the stove and ceiling fans, punching holes in doors, etc.) the angry home owner can do things to the house that aren't easily visible.  This is where the home inspection is important.  Thanks for sharing!

My point exactly.  Thanks for agreeing.

We appreciate your blog. It was very informative. We deal everyday with large REO packages. We work with people all over the United States. Maybe we could use your services. Were doing a lot in the Tucson area. Thanks, Keith
