With Valentine's Day approaching I think about all things 'sweet'. I don't profess to be the best baker but I do love chocolate and from time to time I try to bake, so I think taking a class would be fun! When a friend told me about Cocoa Lab, I got a bit curious....
In uptown Charlotte, Bar Cocoa at the Ritz-Carlton, offers pastry and dessert cooking classes with a unique twist. Cocoa Lab is located in a private class setting within the uptown hotel’s state-of-the-art kitchens and it's priced at $75 per person which includes parking and a Bar Cocoa apron. Cocoa Lab classes are open to hotel guests and the public. Saturday, March 14, 2015 is the next class and the menu has an Irish-inspired flare. I think I might sign up!
