January numbers in Tucson Real Estate - what's the Market Snapshot?
Surprisingly, sales prices have dropped from last month, almost 5%! Very interesting is the fact that new listing inventory has jumped by over 64%! There are 64% more homes for sale right now, than were available the month before.

Spring has sprung in the Tucson homes for sale market here in the Metropolitan areas of Tucson, AZ, including Marana, Oro Valley, Vail and Sahuarita. Interest has dropped as well, this weekend advertised at 3.625% from Long Mortgage -- so buyers, jump off that fence.
