There were already two scheduled appointments at 2 PM on this same property.
Good use of time, why not open it up?
No big deal...put it in the MLS, announce it on
put a few signs up and open the front door.
Last week there were seven groups that came through.
Today there were seven more. Not bad for a couple of cold Sundays in February.
But how can you tell if they are qualified buyers or just neighbors?
To me it does not matter.
There were visitors from the neighborhood who stopped by.
One was thinking of moving the in-laws from out of state, the other has married children and they would love to have their grand-kids near by.
Did I sell the house?
Not yet!
But fourteen showings at two impromptu open houses is a success.
