How Do You Know If It's A Qualified Buyer Or A Neighbor?

Neighbors are great Margaret, at my open house today the "most likely" couple that came thou were referred by their best friends... the neighbors!

Margaret Rome, Baltimore Maryland ...and all this after a live Radio show ....I can see where neighbors can be a big help ...I know I would want to try and pick ours if the home next door ever goes on the market.

I totally agree that sometimes just curious neighbors can the the source to lead to a sale. 

I'm of like mind. Who knows maybe one of the neighbors is interested in selling as well?

Interesting, my first thought when I read your title was "does it matter?"  It will be wearing a TOO LATE sign very soon.

I agree, I don't feel it matters.  I want as many people to see the place as possible.  Even if they aren't qualified buyers, they might know people that are and might tell them about it.
