So what do the stats indicate about Mason Ohio condo sales?
Key takeaways this month:
- TAKE ALL OF THIS MONTH'S INFO WITH A GRAIN OF SALT!!! Inventory levels have shrunk to the point that you CANNOT assess your individual condo's worth or prospects based on the limited activity from January. With only 9 condos sold, the prices are EASILY moved in one direction or the other. Inventory is VERY tight.
- Sales went down, but that's expected for a variety of reasons. Limited inventory, some of the buyers are down south where it's WARM, but they'll be back later!
- Prices...like we said earlier, don't read anything into this month's average and median values.
- Same as last month here: there ARE some new construction opportunities not reflected in the 33 condos for sale, but they're going to cost you around $300,000 or more. Lakeside Cove is picking up pace on sales and Beacon Hill seems to be using up the last of their space.
