The newest community to be developed in Myrtle Beach opened this weekend to an amazing crowd of enthusiastic people. Many had not heard of this concept where the focus is on Urban living replicating towns of long ago. The downtown is comprised of upscale shopping, restaurants, (Gordon Biersch is awesome) and entertainment which is just a short walk from the living area. There is even a street with Live/Work Town Homes where many small businesses are located.
Hundreds of visitors walked the streets this weekend enjoying the friendly community. It is the most unique product that I have been able to sell in Myrtle Beach. Parking your car when you get home from work and walking to the grocery store, the gym, or to the movies is a very appealing concept to more people than I imagined.
