Sharon thanks for asking. It went okay I guess. I have multiple inflamed muscles and the doctor said I should take 12 ibuprofen a day and muscle relaxers at night since it hurts so bad even to breathe..... no workout except walking and recumbent bike for 2 to 3 weeks...stretching and warm compress. Boo!

Thank you for letting me know and I know all too well about that hurting to breathe thing. I ended up in the emergency room once for that and have had another incident that was really bad and they gave me predisone. I can't take ibuprofen. I hope you feel better soon and tomorrow will be a fun Valentine's day for you, Take it easy when you exercise from now on. Your kitties and hubby need you.
