During the month of March, 2008 there were 25 new residential listings in and around the Black Hawk and Piedmont area compared to 15 in February. The total # of homes for sale is 101 compared to 105 in February. 16 homes have sold or are under contract compared to 10 in February. Avg. price of a single family home in the Black Hills is $186,684, up from $174,382 in February, with an average of 80 days on the market which is down from 96 days in February. Sellers have been receiving 96.98% of their asking price which is down from 97.45% in February.
