What would you do if you had the winning Powerball ticket? by Claudia S. Nelson with Keller Williams Realty in Woodbridge VA CALL 571-446-0002

Let me say this first I am one of these people that only plays the lottery when there is a large jackpot and each time I play I dream what I would be doing with the money if I win. I am realistic knowing that the chances are slimmer then slim for me to actually win, however it is fun to think about it and imagine.

What would you do if you win the lottery?

What would you do if you had the winning ticket?

There is so much that one can do. Travel, Paying off all bills, Giving back and much more.

My take on it is I would want to invest the money into Real Estate that actually generates money for me and of course the giving back, traveling, paying off bills and all that good stuff. But I wouldn't want to go crazy. I am not interested in buying expensive cars or an island, I am more realistic. I want to make sure me and my family are set for the rest of our lives.

Yesterday someone asked me if I would win the lottery if I would quite my job? Personally I don't think I would quite my job. Not working would be so boring. I love what I am doing and I love helping people achieve their real estate dreams, so no I would not want to quite my job. I would want to open my own brokerage and hire the right people so that I can take more vacations, see my family more but otherwise I would still like to work.

What about you? Would you quite working?

Also would you take the one time payout or get the funds over a certain amount of time?

Well considering yesterdays winning tickets were sold in Puerto Rico, Texas and North Carolina there is no chance that I am a lottery winner this morning, but it was fun thinking about it.

I will stick with working hard, accomplishing my dreams and not count or expect on winning the lottery one day.

We bought 10 lottery tickets. No big deal as it the normal around the Albuquerque area. We had it all planned out what we'd do with our winnings. Sadly we only had two of the winning numbers. Until next time we will continue working.
