NV Homes constructed the residences in 2002 and they range from 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 baths. The square footage varies, ranging from 1,944 to 2,296. Huntington Grove has a community playground and easy access to transportation, shops, dining, and entertainment. The neighborhood is approximately 1 mile from the Huntington metro station. Commuters will also find Route 1, 495, 395, and 95 are easily accessible from the neighborhood. Old Town Alexandria is less than 10 minutes away and has endless options for unique shopping, excellent restaurants, and historic attractions. Kids in Huntington Grove will attend Mount Eagle Elementary, Twain Middle, and Edison High School.
