Sharon and I had our first visit to Tim Horton's in Canada a few years back and we're very impressed by the cleanliness, friendliness and variety of things to eat. I made a visit to the new Tim Horton's on Waverly Road in Delta Township the other day to find the same atmosphere, excellent coffee and a great chocolate donut for my afternoon snack. While, I was there, I also notice an excursion taking place from the Grand Haven Manor Senior citizens over on Mt. Hope in Lansing. I think that's pretty cool when you can take a field trip to Tim Horton's. If I was in the market to live somewhere that offered these extra services, I would certainly include them on my list.

As a resident of Grandhaven Manor you will live in grand style in a lovely one or two bedroom apartment or one of our beautiful cottages with attached garages. In 1995, Tim Hortons merged with Wendy's International, Inc., giving new focus and impetus to the expansion of the Tim Horton's concept in the United States.
With the variety of other places to visit in Delta Township, I thought this was kind to neat that they made Tim Hortons a stop. Who knows maybe next time they'll come to Coldwell Banker Hubbell Briarwood for an afternoon tea or to share with us about the good old days when housing was not so complex. :-) I doubt they will, I would recommend the Lansing Mall or Meijer Inc. for a field trip, in fact I take one their every now and then, just to lose myself in the book section or at Barnes and Noble.
