Winding River Plantation and St. James Plantation home sales are on the move. 3 under contract in the past 6 days in Winding River and 6 under contrat in St. James.
These two communities have it going!!! Clubhouse, pools, beach clubs, resturants, tennis and pristine golf courses. Both are established communites located to Holden Beach,NC, Oak Island, NC and Southport, NC. A new charter school is being built on HWY 211 just down the road from each community.
The people from up north in the snow are finding these communities and making them home. They are done with the shoveling, gray sky, and cold weather. Some were here last week when we were in the 50's and they were ready to go swimming.
