Shelton CT single family home sales  were UP 43% over the same period last year. 

Listing and closed sales averages were  UP 3% and 4% respectively while the median went down 12%. 

Days on the market went up 28%. 


The supply of homes came in at 4.85, meaning it would take 4.85 months to sell off the present inventory of 97 homes This is statistically a sellers market.

 

Going forward, there are 28 homes under deposit and 24 homes pending.

Where was the sweet spot for sales in January?    The $200K - $300K range took top honors with 40% of sales leaving the popular $300-$400K range in the dust. However, sales were spread out over most  ranges.

Ed Silva Thanks. I changed up my first graphic for 2015 with full intention to consolidate more, ran the prototype before a few eyes, and they said the way I had it was the easiest to understand with everything broken down. I ended up adding a sales average graphic to the bottom!  Not my original intention. I guess if it ain't broke, don't fix it!
