Now that you see where to find listings, it's time for steps #2 and #3.
Step #2 Qualifying the search.
There are hundreds of condos listed in Salt Lake and it would take hours just to scroll through a portion off them. Fortunately you know how much home you qualify for, so you don't need to look at houses priced higher than your limit. (you don't need to buy as much home as you can qualify for).
Select a price that you would be comfortable with, and make that number the limit of your search IE:: only search for condo homes under $225,000.
Based on what you have seen while you have been looking at property you probably know where you want to live. Maybe 3 or 4 areas that you have found attractive because of schools, commute friends or social reasons. You may need to select a few different areas so you can compare what your investment dollars will get in a particular neighborhood. For this example lets compare what you can buy from between $190,000 and $225,000 in the condos for sale in a number of cities along the Wasatch Front.
You can do this exercise for every city in Salt Lake County, and it will become obvious where you should be looking for homes for sale.
There is more to do if you want to narrow your search to the point where you are only looking at condos that have a great chance of being exactly what you want to buy. Filter features you KNOW you must have in your new home. It's almost like building your home on paper.
