Sold - in LESS than a week! There is indeed nothing like a seller that really wants to sell! That little home I listed at 910 Berkley Place in Clearwater Florida has a contract on it and it was on the market less than a week.
There are not many homes for sale in Clearwater Florida for 80k, so there were dozens of people wanting to see it. It was advertised as a 'fixer upper' and 'handyman special'. For some, it needed too much work but an investment firm offered 55k and I presented this low offer.
My buyer countered with 65k and the buyer asked their agent to write it up. My seller signed electronically and we are on the way to to the closing table with a cash deal. Nothing as sweet for all involved than a simple, fast closing!
