Trumbull CT home sales for January 2015 showed a 40% INCREASE in sales from the same period last year.   Average listing and selling prices were flat - under 1%.   The median home price INCREASED  7%.

Days on the market went up 6%.  The market absorption rate came in at 6.00 months which is statistically  a balanced market.   That means at the current pace, it would take 6.00 months to sell off the inventory of 126 homes.   Time to get your home on the market now with less competition as we move forward towards the spring market!

The sweet spot for sales in January 2015 went back up from last month into the popular $300K-$400K range.    The $250K - $450K range is historically the hot spot with buyers in Trumbull.
